Minutes of March 21, 2018, Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7 p.m. via telephone

Present: Peter Aten, President; Marlene Sullivan, Vice-President; Jean Heath, Treasurer; James Tucker, Secretary.

Minutes of the October 18, 2017, meeting were unanimously accepted.

Jean Heath presented the treasurer’s report. Current bank balance is $11,961.09, with four member dues payments still outstanding.

Discussion on road conditions and maintenance plan.

• A section of the main road near Route 9 and the spring will need additional material during road grading in the spring.
• Working on a date with Randy Madden before the end of mud season to determine what areas will need additional material and a grading plan.
• Working with Randy Madden in exploring the use of calcium on Shorey Brook Road. This may work better than just filling with gravel.
• Peter will be contacting Jordan to let him know that Randy Madden will be doing work for the association.

The board agreed to meet again May 23, 2018.  Planning for the Annual Meeting and cookout will be discussed. Peter will send out a reminder.
