1)  Minutes from Annual Meeting (February 05, 2013):

     Minutes approved by Peter, Steve seconded.

2) Treasurer's Report :

     No new business( Jean on vacation)

3)  Road Maintenance:

     Road conditions are rough and muddy. 

     Road Maintenance approved by Peter, Jean seconded

4)   Other:

     Annual meeting is scheduled for August 03,  2013 10:00am at the Beddington Town Hall.

     Discuss mailing for annual report
