Minutes: Approve minutes of last meeting. Peter moves; Jean seconds. All in favor.

Two members are unpaid; one may have passed.
Balance is $15,297.03 after Jordan's bill was paid ($9,105.00)

Road Repair; invoice from Jordan Bill
Herb wrote on the invoice that he and Marlene (in their drive of the road) underestimated how much gravel he needed. Marlene and Mike agreed with Jordan's initial assessment of needs.. Labor portion on invoice was very low. Material portion was higher than expected. He also did more work (by Marlene and Mike's post-repair visual assessment) than is mentioned on the bill: drainage ditch, culvert, dangerous corner, dangerous drop-off. These repairs were reflected in the bill amount, but not described.

Steve Grossi expressed dissatisfaction with the repair. Jean found the road in great condition in December (after Steve's comments). Marlene observed that Jordan said the road would need time to settle. Peter will ask for more details from Herb Jordan.
Board discussion regarding a note from Steve Grossi to Jean, suggesting that the Association should be paying him to plow. Board questions: Who/how many are using the road in winter? Our road used to be a snowmobile road. The snowmobile association said Steve had our road removed from the snowmobile trail. Should other individuals (who?) be helping to plow the road? Is the plowing and/or winter use damaging the road? Association from its inception is on record that we will maintain the road as it was when the association was formed. The Board acknowledged his concerns and plans to invite him to bring it up at the next Association meeting.
