Minutes to April 16, 2025 Beddington Lake East Road Maintenance Association Board Meeting

Called to order 7:20 PM

Present: Peter Aten, President; Bill Leithiser, Vice-President; Jean Heath, Treasurer; Sara Stevens, Secretary

Minutes from last meeting approved. 

Treasurers report approved. All dues paid, and taxes completed. Balance of $12,926.89.

The main road is currently in surprisingly good shape for this time of year. As discussed at the 2024 annual meeting, the Board had Eagle Cove Ln evaluated in the fall. Ditching was performed and a significant amount of material was added and graded. 

The annual meeting will be held on Saturday, August 9 2025. The annual meeting letter will go out on or around June 20.
