March 01, 2011 ( February 08, 2011 Meeting cancelled, not able to have quorum)

Conference call at 7:00pm

In attendance:  Peter, Jean, and Steve

1)  Minutes from December 14, 2010 Meeting

Minutes approved unanimously.

2) Treasurer's Report:

Payments (Yearly Dues) four still outstanding : $300.00

Balance as of January 31, 2011: $24,036.26

Interest: $51.00

Jean sent out late notices for four remaining association dues.

Rudman Winchell sent statement for Annual filing ($35.00)

Treasurer's Report was accepted and approved.

3)  Road Maintenance:

Wash out on East Beddington Road (near lot #30) is still present.  Herb Jordan did put gravel into wash out area.  Possibility Herb might put a culvert in as part of spring road maintenance.

Any road maintenance will not begin until around May 2011 (after mud season).

Peter nominated Steve Grossi get in contact with Herb Jordan to discuss the wash out in the road and how it may be repaired.

Peter stated sometime between now and May 2011, we need to set the expectation with Herb what we are doing for road maintenance:

•        Standard Maintenance
•         Eagle Cove brush cutting
•          Shorey Brook brush cutting (one side) and delivery of gravel in May 2011

 

4)  Other Business:

Annual Meeting will be held on August 06, 2011 @ 10:00am.

Mailing paperwork for the annual meeting must be done fifty days prior to meeting.

Next meeting scheduled for April 26, 2011
