Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

In attendance: Peter, Win, and Steve

1) Minutes from Meeting (March 27, 2012):

    Minutes approved by Peter, Steve seconded.

2) Treasurer's Report :

    Balance as of May 23, 2012: $22,300.55

3) Road Maintenance:

    Road conditions are good, Wyman's have graded the upper half of E. Beddingtom Lake Road.

4) Other:

    Annual meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2012 at the Beddington Town Hall. The mailing of the Annual meeting should be sent out on/about June 22, 2012.

Next meeting is scheduled for June 19, 2012 @ 7:00pm
