Minutes from last meeting approved.

Treasurer report approved.

$15,157.03 balance

Taxes done and paid ($8)

2 (two) lots have not paid their association dues.

The road may need some work either rolling, gravel, grading, or crushed asphalt. There

seems to be more sharp rocks and piles at the side of the road.

East Beddington Lake Road and Eaglecove were graded in late September.

Gravel was added to Eaglecove.

The annual meeting letter will go out around June 12

Next meeting June 9

August 1 annual meeting.
