Minutes 
Treasurer's Report: balance amended to 23,247.02 (before Jordan invoice).
Marlene moves to accept minutes of last board meeting, Peter seconds. All in favor. accepted.

Taxes filed. No cash due the Federal government. 14,169.75 in account

Road Conditions
A few pot holes - seasonally appropriate. Roads were mint condition and end of last autumn season.
Per the prior board meeting Peter contacted Herb. Last year's work took more gravel than anticipated. All agree this seems reasonable.

Annual Meeting Date
First Saturday in August.  August 1
Party:  post solicitation to Facebook. Private message to Marlene Marty or Peter
Mailing will be after June 12...  All materials to Marty by May 29
Peter will provide text. Marty the party flyer. Jean Treasurer's Report
Peter will create a sign in sheet

Annual Dues
Roads look good
Goal is 10k minimum in checking account
5K is budgeted for road maintenance but the forest company and Wyman's have also been maintaining. We will plan on approximately 2400.
Assessment: the board recommends $25 per lot.
