Board Meeting Minutes

April 26,  2011

Conference call at 7:00pm

In attendance:  Peter, Win, and Steve

1)  Minutes from March 1, 2011 Meeting

Minutes approved unanimously.

2) Treasurer's Report:

Deferred in Jean’s absence

3)  Road Maintenance:

Steve reported that a tree was down across the road at Lot 46, partially cleared by Steve and the remainder cleared by someone else.

Peter will call Herb Jordan to set the expectation for planned road maintenance:

• Standard Maintenance
• Gravel and/or culvert at site of washout near lot #30
• Eagle Cove brush cutting
• Shorey Brook brush cutting (one side) and delivery of gravel

Peter will ask Herb to notify him when the maintenance is scheduled, and then notify the board so that hopefully one member can be on site that day.

4)  Other Business:

Annual Meeting

• Annual Meeting will be held on August 06, 2011 @ 10:00am.
• Mailing paperwork for the annual meeting must be done fifty days prior to meeting, or as early as 6/17.
• Peter and Jean to provide mailing material to Steve by 6/1.
• Neil Butler is the new 1^st Selectman; Peter will call to invite him to our annual meeting.

Party After Annual Meeting

Win will contact Brian Govang to see if he is willing to host, otherwise send a note out to the membership.
