Minutes of June 15th, 2021, Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:16 PM via telephone

Present: Peter Aten, President; Jean Heath, Treasurer; James Tucker, Secretary.

Minutes of the April 6th, 2021, Meeting were unanimously accepted. 

Jean Heath presented the treasurer’s report. Bank balance as of 06/15/2021 is $16,499.02.  All association dues are paid at this time and all current association bills paid.

Discussion on road conditions and maintenance plan.

• Spring road grading completed with no major issues of concern identified. 
• The road conditions will be re-evaluated in August to determine if a second grading will be needed.
• Will be exploring the need for more brush removal along roadways.  

The board will be exploring the need for the association to obtain liability insurance in regards to road use.

Annual Meeting

• Annual news letter was reviewed and accepted.
• The 2021 annual meeting is planned for Saturday, August 7 at 10:00am. This will be planned as a in person meeting but due to the possibly of still lingering Covid-19 concerns, the meeting will also have a Zoom video conference link.  Peter will address this in detail with the annual newsletter.

Minutes of April 6th, 2021, Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:00PM via telephone

Present: Peter Aten, President; Vice President William Leithiser; Jean Heath, Treasurer; James Tucker, Secretary.

Minutes of the August 1st, 2020, Meeting were unanimously accepted. 

Jean Heath presented the treasurer’s report. Bank balance as of 04/6/2021 is $16,616.25.  All association dues are paid at this time and all current association bills paid.

Discussion on road conditions and maintenance plan.

• Peter Aten contact Randy Madden to arrange spring road grading and address any other areas of concern. 
• The road conditions will be re-evaluated in August to determine if a second grading will be needed.
• No major areas of concern have been identified with any BLERMA roads.

The next BLERMA meeting is scheduled for 06/15/2021 at 7PM.  Annual meeting mailing will be discussed at this time.
