Minutes of the April 15, 2008 Board Meeting (via conference call)

Present: Peter Aten, President; Brian Govang, Treasurer; Bob LaMarche, Secretary

Road Maintenance & Safety:
Brian reported that he will meet with Herb Jordan to review road maintenance work for 2008 after inspections are complete. It is expected that only routine work will be necessary. Also anticipated this year is brush cutting on the main road, as part of our regularly scheduled maintenance operation.

Annual Meeting:
Board members had preliminary discussions about setting a date for the Association’s annual meeting. It is tentatively planned for August 2, the first Saturday of the month. Notice of the meeting will be sent to all members around June 15-20, along with all necessary supporting documents and information.
Also discussed for the upcoming annual meeting was the topic of updating the Association’s articles and bylaws as outlined and agreed upon at last year’s annual meeting. These changes are still being reviewed and will be discussed again at the May Board Meeting.

Next Board Meeting:
A conference call has been set for Monday, May 19 at 7 pm.
