1) Approve Minutes of 2/19/09 meeting via email and posted to website.
2) Attorneys verified revised Covenants have been filed with Registry of Deeds. Congratulations once again.
3) Herb Jordan graded road and repaired road near Route 9. Reported by David LaMarche. Roadside trimming will be in the fall. We will continue to alternate cutting back main road and Eagles Cove.
4) Plan annual meeting and set dates.
Notes… to do: extend invite to Phil White. Date: August 1, 2009 (traditional 1st week in August)
Mailing to members: 50 days in advance mail package. Mailing deadline is June 13:
Contents of Mailing: Letter from President, Proxy form, Treasurer’s report, Prior minutes, Party invite. All information to Marty by May 19th.
Agenda of Meeting:
Approve minutes of last year’s meeting.
Set maintenance priorities. Ask for/determine Association members’ satisfaction.
Set and approve dues for coming year.
Open Discussion of BLERMA issues.
Election of officers. Vice President and Treasurer incoming.
Phil White. Town issues
5) Treasurer’s report; balance is 17,673.71 in checking; 25.66 in savings account for a total of 17,699.37
Next Meeting: Tuesday, June 2, 2009, 7PM: Agenda: board candidates for election; board’s
recommendation for annual dues amounts.
