Minutes to August 9, 2025 Annual Meeting

Beddington Lake East Road Maintenance Association Annual Meeting

Date: 8/9/2025

Called to Order: 10:32

Quorum: YES

Minutes from last annual meeting approved.

Treasurer report:

    Future projects:

        Regular maintenance

Route 9 bump (considering paving first 10 feet)

Road is rockier (should we be using more gravel and gravel dust)

    No outstanding dues.

    Treasurer report approved.

Road Update:

Road graded twice this year (not by us.)

Planning late summer early fall grading (Eagle Cove will be included this year.)

Airline ATV and Sunrise Trail will be contacted to see if their use of the roads would prompt a financial contribution.

    Look at gravel options.

Board initially proposes keeping assessment at $50 a lot. After some discussion of emerging road priorities, consensus is to raise dues to $75.

Motion: I motion on behalf of the board a $75 per lot annual assessment for the coming year. For the following year, we propose charging up to $150 at the discretion of the board. If we have a quorum at next year’s meeting we will vote on a specific amount at that time. In the absence of a quorum, the proposal for the next year will continue indefinitely. Approved.

Motion approved to keep same slate of officers.

Motion to donate $100 to Beddington fire department approved.

Motion to donate $100 to Deblois fire department approved.

Other Business:

When was last time spring water was tested? (probably 7 years).

Needs to be cleaned out and someone messed with the pipe.

Meeting adjourned at 10:57.

Respectfully submitted, Sara Stevens
