Minutes of March 29th, 2022, Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:10 PM via telephone

Present: Peter Aten, President; William Leithiser, Vice President; Jean Heath, Treasurer; James Tucker, Secretary.

Minutes of the August 7th, 2021, Annual Meeting were unanimously accepted. 

Jean Heath presented the treasurer’s report. Bank balance as of 03/29/2022 is $16,575.77. All association dues are paid at this time and all current association bills paid.

Discussion on road conditions and maintenance plan.

• Spring road conditions are rough with many rutted areas. No major issues of concern identified.

• Peter will contact Randy Maden and set up spring road grading once mud season is over.  This is historically around the middle of May.

• Will be exploring the need for more brush removal along roadways. 

• Annual newsletter to be written and will be reviewed at the June 7th meeting.

• Newsletter mailing planned for June 17th.

• The 2022 annual meeting is planned for Saturday, August 6th at 10:00am at the Beddington Town Hall. This will be planned as a in person meeting, pending any possible Covid-19 concerns.
