June 05,  2013

1) Approving the minutes from the Annual meeting of April 30, 2013

Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

In attendance:  Peter, Win, Jean and Steve

1) Minutes from Annual Meeting (April 30, 2013):

Minutes approved by Peter, Win seconded.

2) Treasurer's Report :

Minor adjustments made to Treasurer's Report. All yearly dues were collected.

3) Road Maintenance:

Road conditions good.  Wyman's graded road.  Herb Jordan graded half of the road, Peter will follow up with him (Herb J.) to see when he will be finishing  

Road Maintenance approved by Peter, Jean seconded

4) Other:

Annual meeting is scheduled for August 03,  2013 at the Beddington Town Hall.

Discussed mailing for Annual Meeting, the mailing will be going out in two weeks.
