Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

In attendance:  Peter, Win, Jean, and Steve

1) Minutes from Annual Meeting (August 11, 2012):     Minutes approved by Peter, Steve seconded.

2) Treasurer's Report :
     Balance as of  December 31, 2012:   $24,667.55
     $ 300.00 Outstanding in Association Dues.
     Treasurer's report approved by Win, Peter seconded

3) Road Maintenance:
     Road conditions are good, a new “STOP” sign was replaced on the end of 

     East Beddington Lake Road (intersection with Route 9).
     Road Maintenance approved by Peter, Jean seconded

4) Other:
     Steve Grossi informed board that (1) association member had passed away.

     Annual meeting is scheduled for August 03, 2013 at the Beddington Town Hall.

Next meeting is scheduled for April 23, 2013 @ 7:00pm
