June 19, 2012

Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

In attendence:  Peter, Win, Jean and Steve

1)  Minutes from Meeting (May 22,  2012):

     Minutes approved by Jean, Peter seconded it .

2) Treasurer's Report :

     Balance as of  June 1, 2012:               $22,304.34

     Peter made a motion to accept Treasurer's report, Steve seconded it.

3) Road Maintenance:

    Road conditions are good.  Herb J. had graded the road including some with ditching. 

4)  Other:

Annual meeting is scheduled for August 11,  2012 at the Beddington Town Hall. Neil Butler is scheduled to speak at the Annual meeting first.  The mailing of the Annual meeting should be sent out on/about June 22, 2012.  Peter proposed to keep the association dues for the year 2012/2013, the same as last year ($50.00 for each lot #).

Next meeting will be the Annual Meeting (August 11, 2012 at 10:00 am)
