Board Meeting Minutes

November 09, 2010

Conference call at 7:00pm

In attendance:  Peter, Win, Jean, and Steve

1)  Minutes from Annual Meeting (August 7,  2010):

Minutes approved unanimously.

2) Treasurer's Report :

Balance as of October 31, 2010 :   $ 20, 295.25

Association Dues Paid as of November 8, 2010:   $2,850.00

Balance as of November 8, 2010:   $ 23,145.25

Outstanding Association dues:   $2,325.00

Treasurer's report approved unanimously

3)  Road Conditions:

No relevant conditions to report

Snowplowing of the road will be done up to 45E for the winter 2010/2011

4)  Take aways from the Annual Meeting:

What the target balance for checking account should be.  Peter will contact Herb Jordan to review estimated cost of replacing Shorey Brook Culvert, which is the largest unexpected expense we could anticipate.  He will also ask for contact name at paper company as they have supplied small culverts in the past.
